The Automated 4-Step Baling Cycle
Precision Crop Pick-Up
The advanced camless pickup system cleanly scoops the swathed crops from the field. Elastic steel tines or patented hammer claws lift and feed the forage smoothly, preventing ground scraping and keeping dust content low.
High-Density Compaction
The forage is fed directly into the heavy-duty 18-roller pressing chamber. Dual sensors continuously measure the core pressure as the rollers compress the green material, forming a perfectly tight, high-density core.
Automated Net Wrapping
Once the target density is reached, the automatic Net Wrap mechanism triggers. High-durability protective mesh wraps the bale 2 to 3 times, tightly binding the edges and protecting the crop against outdoor weather exposure.
Clean Bale Discharge
